Flying Pig BBQ is a locally owned event center that proudly caters slow smoked BBQ, made from scratch comfort foods and an amazing taco bar. We use products local farmers and ranchers whenever possible. Our owner and pit master Carolyn Simmons has been featured 3 times on NPR radio, cooked on the food network channel and won a James Beard competition and cooked at the James Beard House.
